I love the opportunity to build relationships with colleagues outside of my department. It allows me the chance to grow and learn knowledge outside of what I do, allowing growth within my professional and personal life. It is also nice to have a person that will listen, understand and have a conversation about a situation without judgment. I also LOVE being a mentor. It is a great feeling to have the chance to help someone else grow in their career.

Mentorship helps me with better understanding the company's culture, organizations and job functions. It also helps me establish networks in the workplace.
